Domestic Shipping
How much is shipping?
All standard domestic orders within the United States ship free via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2nd Day Delivery.
Wholesale Orders: All wholesale discounted orders are shipped via FedEx, with shipping costs determined by the size and weight of the package. We do not profit from shipping. All applicable FedEx discounts are passed directly to our wholesale customers.
When will my order arrive?
USPS Priority Mail: Delivery within 2-3 business days after your order leaves our facility.
FedEx 2nd Day: Guaranteed 2-business-day delivery after shipment.
Please note: Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday.
When will my domestic order be shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed, Monday through Friday.
Which shipping carriers do Foods for Gut use?
We ship all domestic orders using either the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx.
Free shipping is available only for domestic orders. International shipments are subject to applicable shipping fees.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes. We offer Overnight Shipping within the U.S. for a flat fee of $39.99.
Please note:
No Saturday or Sunday deliveries.
Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
Is a signature required upon delivery?
In most cases, no signature is required.
However, if we request Signature Confirmation, we will contact you for approval before your order ships.
If you decline this request, you assume full responsibility in the event of any loss or damage. Refunds and replacements will not be provided, including shipping fees.
Can you ship to addresses other than my billing address, such as hotels, resorts, or vacation homes?
Yes, we can ship to these types of addresses. However, please note that some orders may be subject to credit card verification prior to shipping.
Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
Yes. We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Priority Mail only.
Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, we are honored to serve members of the military.
All APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Service.
When entering your shipping address, please select United States as your country, regardless of your current overseas location. Free shipping is available for all APO/FPO addresses.

Are processing and shipping times affected during holidays or sales?
Yes. During holiday seasons, sales events, or periods of high order volume, please allow extra time for order processing and shipping. While we always aim to ship within 1–2 business days, slight delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
What Holidays are observed by Foods for Gut?
We do not process or ship orders on the following U.S. holidays:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, President’s Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Orders placed during these holidays will be processed on the next business day.
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please check and review our International Shipping policies below carefully before placing your international order
When Will My International Order Ship?
International orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders may be subject to credit card verification prior to shipment, which may slightly delay processing time.
When will my package arrive?
Most international orders are shipped via FedEx. In cases where delivery to a P.O. Box is required, or where FedEx service is unavailable, we will ship your order using an alternative carrier, such as USPS Express Mail.
Estimated transit time is 3 to7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier availability.
Please note: The delivery timeframe provided refers solely to the estimated time it takes for your package to arrive at your country’s customs office. Customs processing times vary by country and may result in additional delays ranging from several days to several weeks. We recommend reviewing your local customs procedures to better anticipate potential clearance delays.
What type of commercial invoice or declaration do you use for international order?
All international shipments include appropriate customs documentation. Orders shipped via FedEx include a commercial invoice. Orders shipped via USPS Express Mail include a customs declaration form. We declare all packages at their actual purchase value, and the contents are labeled as “Dieatry Supplements for Digestion.” Please be aware that many countries have specific regulations regarding the import of dietary supplements. It is your responsibility to review and understand your country's import policies before placing an order.
How much is the international shipping cost?
At this time, we offer a flat international shipping rate of $49.99 USD worldwide. This flat fee applies regardless of destination and covers packages up to a standard weight limit. However, if the actual shipping cost to your location is significantly higher than the flat rate due to factors such as remote delivery zones, oversized packages, or carrier surcharges, we will contact you prior to shipment to discuss and arrange coverage of the additional cost.Our goal is to provide transparent and fair shipping options while ensuring reliable delivery to all of our international customers.
Who is responsible for any type of duty, taxes, tariffs, or fees levied?
Customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or any additional import fees are not included in your order total. These charges are imposed by your country and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Foods For Gut is not responsible for these charges.
Who is responsible if the package is lost, damaged, or seized by customs?
Foods For Gut is not liable for any international packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or seized by customs. If a package is not delivered due to issues with customs, or if it is confiscated or returned, the customer assumes full responsibility, including all shipping fees. To avoid issues, we recommend thoroughly checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
