Refund policy
At Foods for Gut, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we do accept returns under specific conditions. You may return unopened items in their original packaging within seven (7) days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received.
Please note that all accepted returns are subject to a restocking fee:

For orders up to $100: a flat fee of $15.99

For orders $100 or more: a 20% restocking fee
All custom blend products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds are typically processed within one to three business days. Once processed, please allow seven to ten business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning any item. To initiate a return, please email us at info@foodsforgut.com to receive return instructions. Do not send back any products without contacting us first.
