Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please check and review our International Shipping policies below carefully before placing your international order.

 


When will my international order be shipped?

All international orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days following orders placed Monday through Friday. Orders may be subject to credit card verification before shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT the amount of time it will take for your package to get to you. This only estimates how long it will take for your package to reach your country's customs. Customs clearance may take several days to several weeks depending on a variety of factors.

 


What type of commercial invoice or declaration do you use for international order?

For international orders shipped by FedEx we use FedEx commercial invoice. For orders shipped by USPS Express mail we use the USPS special custom declaration form. We declare all packages shipping internationally as their actual paid value, and the contents will be described as "Food Supplements for Digestion". Many countries regulate supplement imports, we advise checking rules & regulations implemented in your country prior to placing your order.

 

How much is the international shipping cost?

All orders via FedEx Shipping have rates set by FedEx and are based on shipping class, weight, and destination. All orders shipped by USPS Express Mail up to 1-5 pounds have a flat fee of $65 (USD).

 

Who is responsible for any type of duty, taxes, tariffs, or fees levied? 

The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, tariffs, or fees levied. 

 


Who is responsible if the package is lost, damaged, or seized by customs?

Foods For Gut is not responsible for any type of packages being lost, damaged, or seized by customs. If a package is lost, damaged, or seized by customs, the customer assumes all responsibility, including shipping fees. We advise checking rules & regulations implemented in your country prior to placing your order.

 

 

 

What Holidays are observed by Foods for Gut?

We are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, President’s Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. No orders will be processed or shipped during holidays.
